Nicki Robson

Sales & Customer Support

Nicki has an excellent track record in sales having set up and grown her own direct sales franchise, through which she recruited, supported and motivated 60+ team members at its peak. She also has excellent customer-facing skills which were put to good use when she managed a recruitment agency. Nicki joined VetIT in 2008 and is responsible for sales and customer support, including system training. Whilst she is extremely proficient in the use of the VetIT applications, coming from a non-IT background she naturally empathises with delegates in a training scenario, and has great patience with those who are daunted by new software.
